OtterVolley · high-school & club volleyball, with the table built in
Team software that
works the table.
Rosters, schedules by court, registration and payments, standings that count sets, team messaging parents actually read — on the platform that already runs OtterSoccer, OtterFutsal and OtterHoops. And the Table: an NFHS-shaped rally-scoring book with rotations, subs, the libero, time-outs and seats for the whole crew — first release, live now.

The Table · first release, live now
The paper book, the libero sheet and the timer —
one screen, any seat.
The home school staffs the table with JV players, managers and parents, and the book they keep is the official record of the match. The Table is built for that seat: NFHS rally scoring with the serving order rotated for you, substitutions and the libero kept legal by construction, the time-outs and the interval timed, and a live feed parents can follow. New Hampshire already accepts an electronic book as the official book; Massachusetts allows it with a paper backup.
First release, in use with our first Massachusetts programs this fall. The printable NFHS scoresheet and in-rally stats (digs, receptions) are next — tell us what your table needs.

Rally scoring, sets and match point
Two big buttons — point home, point away. The Table keeps the set score, calls side-outs, set point and match point, closes sets at 25 (15 in the fifth) by two, and knows a best-of-5 from a best-of-3 or New Hampshire's play-all-three JV format.
The serving order, rotated for you
Enter the lineup in serving order and the Table rotates it on every side-out, shows who serves next and where everyone stands — so a wrong server is caught before the whistle, not after.
Substitutions and the libero, legal by construction
Eighteen subs a set with a warning at fifteen, position-locked re-entry, exceptional subs for injuries; libero replacements that never count, the one-rally-between rule, the serving slot, and two liberos per set under the 2026-27 NFHS rule. The tracker's sheet keeps itself.
Time-outs, the interval, the horn
Two 60-second time-outs per set with the 45-second cue, the three-minute interval with the 2:30 warning and the one-minute lineup deadline, cards and their points — timed and recorded in one place.
Seats for the whole crew
The coach or AD opens the match; the scorer, libero tracker, timer and visiting book join with a code — players and parents included, with their own accounts. Each seat sees its own job.
The box score and the parents' feed
Point-outcome stats from the rally taps (kills, aces, blocks, errors, assists) with a MaxPreps-shaped CSV download, and a live set-by-set panel with the server and the rotation that parents follow from the bleachers. The printable NFHS-shaped scoresheet for Massachusetts' paper backup is next.

Why the rally ended
Kill, ace, block, or the error — optional, one tap, and the box score writes itself.

The libero, kept legal
Back row only, one rally between replacements — the sheet only offers what the rules allow.

Every play, in order
The running book: points, subs, libero swaps, time-outs, cards. Undo is a soft void — nothing is ever erased.

Who has the book
Book, libero tracker and timer are separate controls — request, approve, hand off. Two people can never write the same one.
The whole platform · live today
Everything the program needs. Everything the bench wants.
OtterVolley runs on the same platform as OtterSoccer, OtterFutsal and OtterHoops — live in production with real leagues and schools, with free iOS and Android apps in both stores and one family login across every product.
Rosters, registration & payments
Online registration with Stripe, family discounts and caps, pay-by-check for families who need it, and payouts straight to the program or league.
Courts and gyms, by time slot
Name your venues the way volleyball does — Court 1, the field-house gym — schedule by venue and slot, catch double-bookings, publish the schedule families actually read.
Standings that count sets
Match win–loss records sorted by winning percentage with sets won and lost — no draws, no table points. Public standings and schedules parents follow from the car.
One family login, every sport
One account for every kid across every Otter product, a calendar feed for Apple or Google Calendar, and free iOS and Android apps.
Messaging built for schools
Team threads with a transparent, SafeSport-friendly observer mode for parents and staff, student-athlete logins for the players themselves, and quiet hours.
Compliance, officials, exports
Coach and volunteer compliance tracking, official crew assignments and pay, CSV exports and an import wizard that reads your old platform's roster file.
